This means that we use classically trained curtain makers, high quality UK woven linens, but by narrowing the usual limitless options involved with bespoke curtain making (fabric, style, hardware) we make the process easier and the lead time faster.
With the aim of creating a timeless finish, both aesthetically and in terms on quality, all of our curtains maintain the same look, are made to the same design and are tailored to your window, and made using our range of UK woven linens.

ORDERING PROCESS

DELIVERY
We make and deliver your curtains within a lead time of 3 weeks ready to install.
2 - A second opinion
For those who need a touch of help and reassurance in making sure they order their curtains correctly.
MEASURE
Follow the measuring steps above to prepare your order to the best of your ability.
Order
Book a measuring check appointment with a member of the fitting team, who will be able to check that both your order and your measurement methods are correct.
Delivery
Your order will be confirmed and we make and deliver your curtains within a lead time of 3 weeks (of payment) ready to install.
3 - MANAGED
Working with a designer, we will help you to plan your curtain project. This can include selecting hardware, placement and ensuring the most appropriate curtains go in the right places.
PLAN
Request a planning appointment with one of our designers, who will work with you to spec East London Cloth products within your home. This can either be done remotely or in store.
MEASURE/ORDER
Once your plan is confirmed, your designer will arrange either a remote measure check or an onsite measure with a third party company if appropriate.
Install
Your designer will complete and confirm your order for final approval. Once confirmed we will make and deliver your curtains within a lead time of 3 weeks and arrange an appointment with a third party fitting company who will professionally install and finish your curtains.
