The idea behind East London Cloth curtains is a simple one. To produce curtains which are of a handmade quality and nature, using the finest quality fabrics, whilst making the process easy to navigate and the pricing accessible.
By narrowing the options and concentrating on what we know works, we hope to make the process easier to navigate, giving you back some of the time that can so easily be lost to making decisions.
This allows us to concentrate on what matters: proportion, finish and traditionally-made window dressings, with shorter lead times.

We work with a collection of fabrics chosen for how they look, how they handle and how they work as curtains. We consider both the person who will live with them and the person who will make with them.
We apply the same thinking to every aspect of our curtains, by offering a select number of classic styles and gather options.

Our pricing starts with supply only, so the price you see reflects the fabric used and the making of your curtains, without services you may not need.
From there, you can make the experience your own. Add a design consultation or remote measure, or choose our full measuring and fitting service. Simply choose the level of help that suits your home, your confidence and your budget.

Design consultations
Either in store or online, we'll guide you through the basics; our style, fabric and fittings. This will allow us to generate a quote and guide you through the rest of the process.

Measuring
A quick online measure check is usually enough to confirm a cafe curtain order, but for more complex projects an on site measure may be required. Once the details of your order are confirmed, we will advise on which is the best for your project.

Once your order arrives, have our fitting team fit hang and steam your curtains to perfection.
