Our team will carry out a visual assessment of your windows & be able to direct you on the most appropriate hardware choice. They will guide you in taking the relevant measurements required to place your order.

Once the call is complete, we will create a draft order for your approval, you may request up to 3 versions for price comparison purposes. We strongly recommend building your order using your own measurements before booking this call, on our website listings you can easily compare options & see the relevant pricing.

Advice on fabric weight choice & curtain style will be available, however any questions related to colour choice must be directed to our design team via shop@eastlondoncloth.co.uk.

To make the most of your appointment, wherever possible we ask you to send us pictures of your windows via email to shop@eastlondoncloth.co.uk, it gives our team the best chance to offer guidance accurately & swiftly if the've had chance to review your windows ahead of the call.

We also recommend ordering samples/visiting the showroom ahead of your call, it's much easier to make your fabric decision when you have samples available to hand.
